We respect and value your privacy. We keep all your information confidential. We do not share your information with any outside parties unless required to do so by law.

Payments are accepted through PayPal. Personal and business checks all also accepted as payment.

Invoices are sent every other week.and monthly for retainer clients. Payment is due within two weeks of the Invoice date.

Additional fees in addition to the decided rate may be applied when necessary, with the client’s approval. Additional fees may include long distance charges or courier charges, if applicable.

If a project needs as a rush job, we will be happy to complete it within the rescheduled time frames however, there may be subject to a 15% surcharge.

We would love client referrals. A new client referral that results in a signed contract can receive either a 15% discount or $ 30 off their next invoice – whichever is higher.
